Les manifestations à Grenoble!
Last thursday's events:
"Long live the strike!"
"30,000 deportations a year. It's a shame!"
- SOS Racisme, an anti-racism NGO that looks into immigrant welfare.
"Super Liar: The return. " That is actually a Pinocchio nose but I got a bad angle.
"Don't waste my abilities!"
"Portable water is rare, and so are the professors! Abolish this power over our educations!"
Fighting for privatisation of universities.
"Sarkozy, it is you who is the crisis."
"Civil servants are saving money. Fire Sarkozy!"
Over Sarkozy's attempts to trim the public sector.
"Public education is angry. No to stories. No to breaking the public spirit. No to abandoning social life."
Something about Sarky and Carla Bruni..
"Neither poor nor submissive. "
Providing some entertainment.
"Performance of anger!"
hmmmmmmmmmm...
Last week's events in the universities:
Poster for "les printemps des chaises"
Spring of Chairs: In numbers we will empty the universities of their classes.
In fact there weren't THAT many numbers involved.
Privatisation. Jobs. Repression. Consumerism.
Strike! Choose your arms.
They sure did managed to carry out a helluva lot of chairs though.
Another big protest march in January:
Left-wing Party
"Schools in danger!"
Riot police getting ready to break up any post-protest scuffles.
Idiots sitting on the tram tracks to block the trams from moving after the protests ended.
Smoke from the flares the riot police were throwing at anarchists who were causing trouble after the actual demonstration ended.
Voila! La vie en France!
