Cooking Adventures!
Trying to re-create Yu Sheng at Chinese New Year
My first attempt at Mutton Curry!
And then chicken curry..
with Nasi Lemak, Sweet n Sour Pork and Prata!
Laura, my cooking partner in crime.
Chicken Curry, Raita, Guo Tie and Tomato Butter rice.
Once a month, I go for French cooking classes with the Alliance Française.
Mussel Soup
Quenelles in a puff pastry bowl. Quenelles are semolina and cheese rolls
in a tomato based sauce.
Freshly baked bread. Surprisingly, it is relatively easy to make!
